Harborline Mortgage, a demo brokerage
Last updated September 1, 2026
This policy explains what Harborline Mortgage collects when you use this website, why we collect it and the choices you have. Harborline Mortgage is a demo brokerage created for a website template; replace this policy with one reviewed for your own business before publishing.
What we collect
Details you send through the pre-approval form: name, email, phone, goal, price range, credit range, timeline and notes
Messages you send by email or phone
Basic analytics such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, without advertising cookies
Credit information
We do not pull your credit when you send the form. We request a credit report only when you ask for a pre-approval letter or apply for a loan, and only with your permission. Credit information is handled under federal and state consumer reporting and financial privacy laws.
How we use it
To call you back and discuss your loan options
To prepare quotes, pre-approval letters and loan applications you request
To share your file with the lenders you choose to work with, once you authorize it
To meet legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. California residents have additional rights under state privacy law. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
